We launched a new ecommerce website for an exciting healthcare product created by NHS Salisbury – My Trusty – a range of dynamic skincare products.
My Trusty wanted a new website which increased their volumes of online orders while also offering a really intuitive purchase process for their wide customer base.
The MyTrusty brand was all about being natural, ethical and trustworthy so it was paramount that these came across in the design. We achieved this with the use of a simple ‘no fuss’ design with careful use of colour and layouts.
The design was focused on making it as easy as possible for customers to navigate around the website – encouraging them to click through to products for information and go on to purchase them.
We used the lavender colour from their brand as an acccent colour to draw the eye to key information and calls to action.
Tracking on any website is key but even more so with an e-commerce website. We set up goal conversion tracking for a completed purchase so that we can see how users are interacting with the website on the purchase journey which will help with developing and improving the website to create an even better user journey. We also fully optimised the website which included, meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags, and 301 redirects from the old website to the new website.
