As part of this, we offer a Charity Partner Scheme, providing charities and not-for-profit organisations a range of website and marketing related benefits to support them in achieving their vision. And best of all, it’s completely free!

Who can become a partner?

Our exclusive Charity Partnership Programme is open to all charities and not-for-profit organisations across the UK.

Our current partners range from small localised charities to large national charities, supporting a wide range of causes right through from air ambulance and children’s charities to arts and culture and theatre trusts.

When you complete this form, you will receive a welcome email with an overview of the scheme benefits and will automatically be subscribed to the quarterly insights email.

A member of our team will get in touch with you to discuss the scheme benefits and how your charity could use them.

    When you submit this contact form, your contact data and enquiry will then be stored in our CRM system for the purposes of dealing with your message. By submitting this form, you consent to us contacting you by both email or phone with regards to your enquiry.

    The training sessions are an area where our charity partners feel they get the greatest value from the Charity Partner Scheme.

    Free Website Hosting

    Charities can benefit from free website hosting as part of our charity partner programme. When you sign up, you will receive one year’s free hosting on our Entry package. Our hosting uses British Servers, includes backups and security audits and is run using 100% renewable energy.

    If you want to continue after the first year, you can continue with a heavily discounted rate of more than 50%.

    If the Entry package is not suitable for your website, you can receive a significant discount on our Grow or Plus hosting packages.

    Digital Marketing Training Sessions

    We run a series of training sessions throughout the year, with a number of free places offered to charity partners. These have typically included topics such as Google Analytics 4, Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media.

    These will be virtual, online sessions and are designed to involve user participation and questions to ensure everyone gets the most out of the session.

    Invitations to training will be sent via email to allow interested participants to reserve their place.

    Quarterly Email Newsletter

    Charity Partners will receive a quarterly email newsletter which will provide you with useful and up to date insights into the latest website and marketing trends for charities.

    It is a great way to stay up to date with the digital world, with lots of advice and guidance around how to increase your impact and your presence online.

    Website Support

    Charity websites can often store sensitive user information as well as processing payments for donations or event ticket purchases. With this in mind, it is crucial that your website is kept up to date for both security and performance reasons.

    We offer WordPress website support packages which are designed to handle all of your plugin and core updates as well as regular proactive improvements to speed and security.

    As a charity partner, you will benefit from a reduced hourly rate for any project or retained work you would like our support with.

    Charity of the Year Scheme

    When you are a registered charity partner, you will be the first to get information and notifications about our Charity of the Year scheme.

    This is an annual opportunity for one chosen charity to receive a tailored support package as well as funding for a digital project of their choice.
