Everything you need to know
What CMS or stack do you build on?
Most of our projects are WordPress, Shopify, or headless stacks (typically React on the front-end with a headless CMS behind it). We’ll recommend the right fit for your team, content needs and budget, not the one that suits us.
Will my site pass Core Web Vitals?
That’s the goal on every build. We code lean, optimise images, lazy-load where it makes sense, and tune hosting so your site sits in the green on Google’s metrics and stays there.
How do you handle accessibility?
We follow the WCAG 2.2 guidelines as standard practice, focusing on achieving the accessibility level which is right for your business. If you need a deeper accessibility audit or remediation work to meet a higher level of conformance, we can scope that as an add-on.
Can you integrate our CRM, ERP or marketing tools?
Almost certainly. We’ve connected websites to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Mailchimp, Sage and plenty of bespoke APIs and systems along the way too. If it has an API or webhook, we’ll find a way.
Can you migrate us from another CMS?
Yes – CMS migrations are a service in their own right. We’ll preserve your SEO, redirect old URLs, port your content and rebuild the back-end into something that’s easier for your team to manage internally.
Do you build customer portals or web applications?
Yes. We design and develop secure, role-based portals and web apps for customers, suppliers, members or internal teams with the same care for UX, performance and integrations as our websites.
How long does a typical development project take?
It depends on size and complexity. Most builds run between 6 and 12 weeks once design is signed off, we’ll give you a detailed timeline as part of your quote.
How much is your website development?
That’s like asking a builder how much a house build is – it can really depend. Without an idea of the scope it would just be pulling a figure out of the air! We’re happy to have a quick conversation about your requirements, upon which we can give you a fairly accurate price range.
