How do I know which hosting package I need?
Our team can help you to select the right package for your needs. If you know your current specification then you can provide this however we can also look at your website’s size and traffic to make a recommendation.
What if I can’t see a package to suit me?
The packages in our brochure are our most popular ones, however we know that some websites don’t quite fit the mould. We can also produce custom packages to meet specific requirements to ensure you get the right solution for your needs.
Do you only host websites that you built?
Absolutely not – we host lots of websites that we did not design or build.
If you have a website you would like us to host, we will review the website first to ensure we’re comfortable with the set up and any custom features before commencing any server migrations.
How does it work if I want to move to you from another supplier?
Once we’ve recommended the right website hosting package, we’ll then liaise with you or directly with your current supplier to organise the migration.
We will take all the necessary steps to ensure that everything is transferred over smoothly, often without any downtime at all.
How does your website hosting pricing work?
Our hosting costs are annual and they can either be paid monthly, quarterly or annually in advance.
