Everything you need to know
How much should I be spending on PPC?
It depends on your sector, your competition and the kind of return you need. We can model a sensible starting budget once we have audited your account or done some keyword and competitor research. Most of our clients start small and then scale as the numbers earn it.
How quickly will I see PPC results?
Some campaigns can drive conversions from the first week, but meaningful optimisation and campaign maturity can take 2 to 3 months as the data builds. Social and programmatic typically need a similar window.
Can you work with my existing Google Ads account?
Yes, and we usually prefer to. Keeping your historical data, conversion history and machine-learning signals in place gives the new campaigns a head start. We will audit what is there, fix what needs fixing and rebuild what needs rebuilding.
Do you handle creative and copy as well?
Yes. We write ad copy in-house and our design team produces image, motion and video creative for social and display campaigns. If you have brand guidelines and existing creative, we work to those. If not, we can develop them with you.
Will I keep ownership of my PPC accounts?
Always. Your Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta and other accounts stay under your ownership, and we work in them. If you ever want to cease working with us, you walk away with everything, no agency hostage situations.
Do you charge a percentage of spend or a flat fee?
We typically charge a flat monthly management fee based on the work involved, rather than a percentage of your spend. Our incentive is to get you the best result, not to inflate your media bill.
How do your PPC contracts work?
Our PPC services are flexible offering minimal notice periods. We would prefer you stayed because you wanted to, not because you were stuck.
Are you certified by the major platforms?
Yes. We are certified by Google, Meta and Microsoft, and our team undertake regular industry training to stay ahead of platform changes (and there are a lot of those).
How do you measure PPC success?
Against the metrics that matter to your business, not vanity ones. Typically that means qualified leads, sales, ROAS or cost-per-supporter, depending on what your account is built around. We agree these with you up front and report against them every month.
