With the right setup, regular updates and proactive monitoring, WordPress is a robust and secure platform. That’s exactly what we provide.
Is WordPress right for my business?
For the vast majority of businesses, yes. WordPress is incredibly versatile and can power everything from simple brochure sites to complex web applications. There are scenarios where a headless CMS or an ecommerce-specific platform like Shopify might be a better fit – we’ll always give you an honest recommendation based on your specific requirements.
Can you work with our existing WordPress site?
Absolutely. We regularly take over management of existing WordPress sites. We’ll start with a thorough audit of your current setup and provide clear recommendations whether that’s ongoing maintenance, targeted improvements or a phased rebuild.
How much does a WordPress website cost?
It depends on the scope and complexity of the build. We do not use templates or themes, so our pricing reflects the bespoke nature of our work. We can typically produce a high-quality WordPress website for budgets upwards of £3,000. At the outset, we provide a detailed pricing breakdown, showing must-haves and nice-to-have options, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
What about WordPress plugins — do you use them?
Selectively. We use well-maintained, reputable plugins where they genuinely add value, for example custom post types, custom fields, SEO and AI tools and security tools. We avoid code bloat which is one of the biggest causes of slow, unstable WordPress sites. Where possible, we build custom functionality rather than relying on third-party plugins.
Do you offer WordPress hosting?
Yes. We offer managed WordPress hosting optimised for speed, security and reliability. Our hosting includes regular backups, SSL certificates, uptime monitoring and server-level caching. We can also work with your existing hosting provider if you prefer.
What is the typical timeline for a WordPress project?
Most WordPress projects take between 6 and 12 weeks depending on scope and the pace of your feedback. Once we have scoped your project, we’ll provide a detailed live timeline with clear milestones.
What are your payment terms?
We don’t ask for upfront deposits. We invoice monthly based on work completed, typically with 30-day payment terms. We also offer PAYG and pay-monthly options across all our WordPress services.
