Do you only provide urgent support for websites that you have built?
We can provide emergency support regardless of whether we built your website.
If I have been hacked, is that the end of my website?
In most cases – no. If you suspect that you may have been hacked we will work through our tried and tested process to get things secure and back on track.
This includes scanning for malware, reviewing the code and files, or restoring the website to an earlier point and security patching.
What if I don’t have access to my website?
If you have lost dashboard access then we can help you resolve this. If you also don’t have hosting or server access then we can work with you to track down getting access and we will then get things secure and working again for you.
How much is your urgent website support?
We start with our initial investigation fee which is £100.00. During this time we are able to resolve most of the issues that we come across.
If for whatever reason we cannot resolve your issue in the initial investigation time as it is more complex, we will come back to you with a more detailed overview of the issue and the steps to resolve it.
Will I be locked into a retainer or contract?
Our urgent website support is a standalone service and offers no obligation to use any of our other services.
