Which social media platforms should we be on?
The honest answer is rarely all of them. The right mix depends on where your audience actually spends their time, what kind of content you can sustainably create and what you want social media to deliver. We will recommend a focused platform mix as part of any discovery or audit, rather than spreading you thin across every channel under the sun.
How often should we be posting?
Cadence varies by platform and by what you are trying to achieve. As a rule of thumb, three to five quality posts a week per platform sustains visibility without overwhelming. We would much rather see a steady drumbeat of strong content than a flurry of mediocre posts that fizzles out by the end of the month.
Should we be doing paid social as well as organic?
In most cases, yes. Organic reach has been steadily declining across most platforms, so even brilliant content needs a small paid push to reach the audience it deserves.
