Is this for B2B only?
Yes. The Lead Generation Machine is built specifically for B2B service companies and professional services firms with a considered, often longer sales cycle. If you are in B2C or transactional ecommerce, look at our E-commerce Profit Engine instead.
What counts as a qualified lead?
We agree the qualification criteria with you up front, then build them into the engine. Typically that means correct company targeting, expressed need, decision-making authority and a stated timeline. Leads that do not meet the criteria do not count.
Do we need a CRM in place already?
Ideally yes. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics and most others. If you do not have one, or are on something less modern, we can advise on the right move as part of the foundation phase.
How much do we need to spend on ads?
The programme will require an advertising investment – the amount will depend on how competitive your sector is and the typical customer value. We would anticipate at least £2,000 per month for advertising spend.
How quickly will we start seeing leads?
First leads typically arrive in weeks 7 to 9 once the engine is live, with the full target rate hit at 12 as optimisation kicks in.
How does this differ from a normal marketing retainer?

Can we keep the assets if we leave?
Yes. Landing pages, ad accounts, email sequences, CRM workflows and any other assets we build belong to you. If you ever decide to take the programme in-house, you walk away with the engine intact.
What does ongoing reporting look like?
A live dashboard with the headline metrics, plus a written monthly report tying every pound to leads and opportunities, and a quarterly strategic review with your account lead.
Do you guarantee revenue, not just leads?
We guarantee the lead number and qualification rate. Revenue depends on what your sales team does with the leads we hand over, but we work closely with sales on feedback loops so the leads keep getting better-fit over time.
